Jessi is a Planning Consultant specializing in land use entitlements and permitting. Her diverse background in neighborhood and constituent relations, research, marketing, and conflict negotiation and resolution has provided her with a unique skill set and approach to managing all aspects of the land use planning and development processes. She has held positions with the city of Phoenix Council Office, City Manager’s Office – Public Information, Intergovernmental Programs, Neighborhood Services and Housing Departments. She has spent the last 20 years building and maintaining relationships in the public and private sectors. Jessi worked for five years with a Phoenix Land Use Law Firm, assisting clients by using her knowledge of government processes to formulate and implement the most effective path to achieve project goals. Jessi founded Nimble Consulting, LLC in October 2019 to be able to offer her expertise in the land use and development processes to a broader set of clients. She received her Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning & Sociology in 2000 from Arizona State University.

Connie is an experienced business administrator having worked over three decades in material distribution, residential construction and as Executive Director to two construction trade associations. Her background has given her the knowledge to manage a wide range of projects and stay responsive to clients’ needs while working with a broad range of stakeholders without losing focus on deliverables.
Advocating for Arizona Utility Contractors Association (AZUCA) members, she served as a member on the MAG Standard Specifications & Details Committee, as Secretary for the American Public Works Association Arizona Chapter (APWA-AZ) Arizona Utility Coordinating Committee, as a member of the Arizona Locate Resolution Partnership Committee, and as a presenter at hundreds of the Arizona 811 Safety and Damage Prevention Seminars. Working with the board at the Association of the Wall and Ceiling Industry of Arizona (AWCI-AZ), she developed and obtained state approval for an apprenticeship program for multiple construction trades.
